Iplan Migration was established in year 2016 with an  aim of assisting prospective migrants from various countries, backgrounds and cultures  through honest and accurate advice. Founded and run by principal migration agent, Sona Iplani, our consultancy encompasses a  wealth of knowledge based on her personal  experience as a migrant and professional experience of many years in the  immigration industry.  She is registered as a Migration Agent with OMARA (Office of Migration Agents Registration Authority) and is also a member of Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).  

Sona started working in the migration industry, as a Visa Officer at Department of Immigration and Border Protection (presently Department of Home Affairs) in India. Her fascination and understanding of one of the most complex and dynamic sectors of law and interaction with a wide range of clients with diverse backgrounds encouraged her to pursue her career in immigration. Impressed with quality of life in Australia, she migrated in 2013 and graduated in Migration law from Victoria  University. She continued her passion to practice as a consultant helping individuals and companies with various visa needs.  Having personally experienced the challenges and stress involved in the immigration process, she is able to relate, understand and resolve similar hardships faced by clients to provide the best solution against the  complex and ever changing legal requirements.
