When Will I Get My Order?

Estimated Delivery Dates are entirely dependent on each individual item being ordered, and your chosen shipping method. PO Box and Parcel Lockers may cause delay in delivery times.

  1. Standard Delivery is 1-5 Business Days to most locations throughout Australia, longer for some rural or remote areas + Processing time: 2-4 Business days
  1. Express Delivery* is 1-2 Business Days to most locations throughout Australia, longer for some rural or remote areas + Processing time: 1-2 Business day

Please note we will not be held accountable for:

  • Any of them missing delivery deadlines
  • late deliveries when the courier has failed to deliver the parcel and it has been taken back to the depot.
  • If your item is returned to us because of incorrect addressing or because delivery was attempted but not possible, you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee to have the parcel delivered again. So please ensure your address is correct.

If you are not in at the point of delivery the parcel could well be waiting for you to pick it up.

Who Will Deliver My Order?

For all our deliveries we use Australia Post and a variety of Courier Services to send the parcels to you in the fastest & cost-efficient way.

We ship our parcels via Courier Please and Australia Post eParcel, depending on your location. Your shipment email will advise you of the relevant carrier.

Couriers do not deliver on weekends or Public Holidays.

Pick Up:

Some Vendors may provide Pick up and if available will show this option at checkout. Pick up address will be emailed to you after making an order.

  1. Shipping and Delivery
    1. Subject to this Agreement, goods will be supplied as shown on your order confirmation, which will be provided to you by email.
    2. We will use our best endeavors to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however, from time to time particularly during busy periods, our shipping service providers may suffer delays beyond our control. Please allow up to 30 days delivery (for standard and express post). Sellers may set their own delivery time frames which may differ from goods sold by us. You should check the sales listing for these details.
    3. Standard and express post are subject to different fees and charges. In addition, certain goods (including large and bulky items or special orders) may be subject to additional charges. All shipping charges will be made available to you at checkout.
    4. Sellers utilise their own shipping and distribution networks and may charge different rates for shipping on goods.
    5. Express shipping is available only in certain areas and for certain orders and your order eligibility will be confirmed at checkout.
    6. For goods sold by OzIndiamarketplace, some orders may not require signature and will be left in a safe place at your delivery address in accordance with Australia Post's standard practices.
    7. A signature may be required for some deliveries and some marketplace orders (depending on the individual Seller's requirements). You are responsible for ensuring you are able to accept delivery. Neither we, nor a Marketplace Seller will be responsible:
      1. for late delivery where attempted delivery has occurred on or before the stated delivery time-frames;
      2. for lost or missing parcels that have been signed for at your selected delivery address (regardless of whether or not you have personally accepted delivery);
      3. for lost or missing parcels left at your chosen location where you have expressly given authority to leave with the item's carrier.
